Young Foundations Fostering
Young Foundations Fostering is an independent fostering agency which provides long-term and short-term foster placements for children and young people.
These children and young people might be aged between 0 and 18 (including mother and baby placements) and they may be experiencing difficulties that stop them from leading stable lives.
They may have behaviour that challenges or complex needs, they may have emotional or behavioural disorders, mental health problems or learning disabilities. They may have difficulties in school or have a history of offending.
Young Foundations Fostering provides a way of helping these young people address their problems, gain more self-confidence and give them the stability they need in their lives.
Our service is aimed at providing children with a structured living environment in the homes of skilled, trained and well-supported foster carers. We give our foster carers round-the-clock support from professionals.
